Is my ear healing correctly.?

I got surgery on my ear. I had a keloid. It wasn't like really big or anything Boone even noticed it. I removed it just cause I knew it was there yk. So she removed it and stitched it up. I went back to get stitched out and she gave me zyclara cream to put on it every night. I have to wash it off in the morning thgh so I use the aquaphor during the day. Even thgh the keloid is gone, the scar is lumpy and it's not flat. It's scabbing it's itchy and looks ugly behind my ear. Has anyone ever had a keloid removed. Should I go back to the dermatologist so she can check it.? Also has anyone tried keloid earrings.? Should I use those to flatten it.?
