How can i report income tax i work for avon?

well ive been selling avon since april 2010 till now and i talked to my mom and she says her tax lady does the taxed but i wont receive a 1099 for this reason(A 1099 is a tax form sent to Representatives who have purchased $5,000 or more in merchandise or who have earned prizes and awards valued at $600 or more.) i have only purchased less than 2000 of avon products but the lady told my mom that if i earned atleast 600 i could report the income tax and add my son as a dependent. so i wanna know how do i get a paper that says of what i have baught from avon?? i also go to medical school and pay genesin lending ... thanks for your help
