Do premature wrinkles go away?

When I put on eyeliner for the first time, I stretched my eye to put it on. I didn't know at the time that it would cause wrinkles. I now have wrinkles on my right eye, on the upper lid, and near the bottom of my eye. Will they go away with time? Or do I have to buy and put cream or something on my face for them to go away? I don't go outside a lot so it's not from sun rays. I don't smoke either. I put on lotion on my face everyday too. Can someone tell me what to do if they don't go away with time?
