In desperate need of help ! please please answer!!!?

okay so this morning i put in my contacts and my eyes began to itch / burn a little bit . i had them in all day and just took them out & i normally wear my contacts on a daily basis & my eyes have been red in the white area , like the blood vessels are noticeable now . and now my iris color is changing? i have dark brown eyes and now i have a light brown ring on the edge of my iris , my eyes hurt every time i blink and i'm scared i might be going blind , i'm only 14 , please please help me?
