How can i make ice cream with a "cream like" ice cream mix?

i have 1/2 a gallon of icecream mix and i dont know how to preare it in oder to make ice cream. and ive tried looking it up on the internet but all i can find is how to MAKE the icecrem mix, not how to make ice cream WITH the ice cream mix. does anyone know how to? thanx.
