My neck is always lighter than my face when I tan, how can i make them the same shade?

if you put makeup on your face to make it appear more tanned then just put some on your neck as well. however if this tan is natural i suggest letting your neck getting some sun as well, or alternatively you could stay out of the sun more and let all of your skin go the same colour and then apply makeup to each.
