I'm sooo embarrassed to see my friends after I went berserk today?

Okay, my friends were teasing me and it started to irritate me. I was really irrational at that time and I guess my ears weren't working well? Then I mistakenly heard they said "You poor,,,". I instantly stood up from my seat, yelled at them "Oh, maybe I'm poor! But at least I don't judge people!". I know my eyes were filled with tears, mucus coming out from my nose, my face was red like a cherry and I probably looked like an angry bull. I took my bag, threw it out and slammed the laboratory door. They were all shocked. Then my friend chased after me and said "Why were you so angry about it? We just said you pour the water into the conical flask and you just have to shake it..." and I was really surprised. My eyes were wide open and I asked him if it was true and he nodded. Then I went home, in total embarrassment, not knowing what am I gonna do tomorrow. What should I do? Please help me, thank you.
