Getting rid of wrinkles at 18?

During highschool I had alot of orthodontia work done and I had to wear a device that was really big and after 6 weeks of wearing it, I developed lines around my mouth that havnt gone away (it's been 2 years). Do I just use wrinkle cream? Or do I need more heavy measures?
