Can I keep my hair straight?

I have naturally frizzy semi wavy hair. I straighten it and halfway through the day, it has waves again. I have used creams, sprays, oils, everything under the sun to keep it straight, and I still get these crazy waves that drive me nuts. My hair is color treated as well, so I don't think a relaxer would be good for it, but I need something. Any ideas?
