RANDOM DIZZINESS? SCARED, PLEASE READ?!?

I am a 16 year old girl, I do have an anxiety disorder, anyways, at random times, even when im not having anxiety or any panic attacks, i get dizzy for about 5-7 seconds and it goes away but it scares me alot, and i get random small quick pains that can happen anywhere in the boyd and i get headaches and also i feel a little lightheaded almost all the time and it just make s me feel weird, im scared that theres something wrong with me, i worry and think about my halth 24/7 and im a hypocondriac and get worried about every pain and ive been to the doc about my headaches and dzziness or lightheadness and she did blood tests, eye tests and stuff and said its nothing serious jus my anxiety. Idk i still worry.
