Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have been very sick for the past week it started on tuesday and i went to the doctors on friday and they gave me medicine because i had a severe cough and my throat was very sore i have been taking the medicine, cough drops, tea, gargling salt water and eating soup and the doctor also testes me for strep throat and it was negative he said i had chest cogestion. But my cough will not stop i cough so bad i throw up or sometimes pee and i popped the blood vessels in my eyes from coughing so hard i was up for hours last night coughing and spitting up! I cannot take this anymore my head and ears are throbbing from coughing so hard should i go back to the doctor? What do you think i have? Please help i cant stop coughing and my throat hurts when i swallow
