Is it just me or does rorry look a lot like donna's dad? (all from doctor who)?

ive been watching doctor who a lot now, and im starting season 5 (on ep 6 now) but i see a big resemblance between the two (mainly the teeth, smile, eyes, and head shape). i keep thinkin that rorry is donna's dad in the past or sumtin. but i guess i dont really hav a ?, mainly since i dont want in spoilers in the response here. so i guess just leave ur opinion on my observation. thx. and im pretty sure its false cuz they hav advanced fones and all that in rorry's time. so yup, just leave opninions. thx.
